You could easily have a minor meltdown and then recover today, but one thing's for sure: your daily life isn't unfolding as you expected. Your logical analysis can only take you so far, so eventually you must set rational language aside. Luckily, your emotional involvement won't lead you into dangerous territory. Instead, it could soothe your nerves, for this is a time to practice chilling out and being flexible.
